Prior to embarking on a freelance career with the launch of Panache, Jen was head of communications of Baxters Food Group.
Before joining Baxters, Jen worked in consultancy for 8 years, occupying senior consultant roles at both hatch-group )now Trimedia UK), and Weber Shandwick.
